📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

🌎 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

 

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.

NSL ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

📬 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
